Bloom Apartments was newly completed in 2026.

There are 63 apartments — studios and one-bedrooms — and every home is income-restricted. Studios average 307 square feet and one-bedrooms average 467 square feet.

An elevator serves every floor, there is on-site management, and there is a laundry room on each of the four residential floors.

The building is in Hollywood, two minutes' walk from Santa Monica Boulevard.

There is no parking at this building.

Several of these tiers share the same income limit but have different rents. That is not an error — the tiers come from different programs. If you qualify for one, you may qualify for more than one.

  • Water, sewer, and trash are included in your rent. You pay only for electricity, which is separately metered for your home and billed to you based on what you actually use.
  • The rent shown is what you pay the property each month. A monthly utility allowance for electricity is already reflected in it — $53 for a studio, $72 for a one-bedroom.
  • There are no additional monthly fees. Your rent is your rent.
  • Leases are for a minimum of 12 months.
  • Income limits are set by the Los Angeles Housing Department and change each year. The limit that applies to you depends on how many people are in your household.
  • A studio is available to households of one person or more. A one-bedroom is available to households of one person or more.
  • If you have a Housing Choice Voucher or another rental subsidy, you are encouraged to apply. Your income is counted differently and the subsidy pays part of the rent. Voucher holders are considered on exactly the same basis as every other applicant, under the same criteria.
  • Rents and income limits shown reflect the Los Angeles Housing Department schedules effective July 1, 2026, and are subject to change.

What to gather

Pay stubs, your most recent tax return, benefit statements, and bank statements.

  • Homes are rented on a first-come, first-served basis to the general public.
  • Every household's income must be certified by the Los Angeles Housing Department before a lease can be signed. Bloom Apartments cannot approve a household on its own.
  • Applying is free. There is no fee to apply or to be added to any list.
  • A paper application is available. If you would rather not apply online, contact us and we will send you one.
  • People who own, develop, or sponsor this property — along with their officers, employees, agents, and consultants, and the immediate family of any of them — are not eligible to rent here.
